Tiberium CNC is proud to announce the acquisition of a new DMG MORI DMU 85H, marking a major milestone in our commitment to advanced aerospace CNC machining in Canada.
Equipped with cutting-edge technology, this 5-axis horizontal machining center features a Heidenhain TNC7 control, an HSK-100 high-performance spindle, angle head capability, and an extensive 243-tool magazine, enabling unmatched flexibility for complex, multi-operation parts.
This installation positions Tiberium CNC as the only manufacturing center in North America operating this specific configuration—bringing a new level of capability to the region.
Designed to tackle the most demanding aerospace materials, the DMU 85H supports large-scale, high-precision components with a maximum workpiece diameter of 1,039 mm and a maximum height of 1,001 mm, all while maintaining ultra-tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.
To further enhance productivity and scalability, the system is paired with a PH 2000 pallet handling system, featuring 12 fully automated pallets (800 × 630 mm). This advanced automation cell enables continuous, lights-out manufacturing—significantly increasing throughput, consistency, and efficiency for complex aerospace parts.
With this investment, Tiberium CNC is setting a new benchmark for precision, capacity, and automation—propelling aerospace manufacturing in Canada to an unprecedented level.
